Coffee grounds 15 gm one cup (Depending Upon Coffee)
Water 250 ml per 15 gm
Brewing Process:
Soak the filter in warm water for 5 minutes. After the filter is soaked clean, drop it into the bottom of your siphon’s top component and hook to the bottom of the hopper’s glass tubing.
Fill your siphon bottom component, with 300 ml of hot water
Attach the hopper and put the siphon above the heat source. Let water rise to the top component. Reduce the flame of the heat source to maintain temperature.
Once the water has risen, add coffee grounds (25 gm ) into the water and stir with a bamboo/wooden paddle.
Let the coffee brew for 70 seconds undisturbed.
At 70 seconds swiftly remove the heat source and wait from 1 minute for the coffee to filter down to the bottom container.
Remove the top container and pour the contents into the cup.
