Siphon ( single serve )


  • Start with clean equipment
  • Heat Source
  • Coffee grounds 15 gm one cup (Depending Upon Coffee)
  • Water 250 ml per 15 gm

Brewing Process:

  • Soak the filter in warm water for 5 minutes. After the filter is soaked clean, drop it into the bottom of your siphon’s top component and hook to the bottom of the hopper’s glass tubing.
  • Fill your siphon bottom component, with 300 ml of hot water
  • Attach the hopper and put the siphon above the heat source. Let water rise to the top component. Reduce the flame of the heat source to maintain temperature.
  • Once the water has risen, add coffee grounds (25 gm ) into the water and stir with a bamboo/wooden paddle.
  • Let the coffee brew for 70 seconds undisturbed.
  • At 70 seconds swiftly remove the heat source and wait from 1 minute for the coffee to filter down to the bottom container.
  • Remove the top container and pour the contents into the cup.
