At Baba’s Beans, customer satisfaction is important to us.

 

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are processed and dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

 

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Product unavailable after payment
  • Duplicate payment made

 

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable for:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Delay caused by courier partners beyond our control
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

 

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
